SHIPMENT
POLICY
Prices on FOB basis
All the prices are indicated on FOB basis
exclusive of freight and insurance. An additional
shipping charge would be payable for the
shipment of goods depending upon the place
of delivery and the mode of shipment.
Modes of delivery
Our normal mode of delivery is through DHL/Fedex/TNT
courier service. Alternately, we can also
provide delivery through air cargo or normal
airmail or by ship depending on consignment
size and customers' preference. Sea freight
is works out to be economical for large
volumes but it takes time to deliver the
order.
Shipping charges
We do not make profits on the shipping charges
and our customers pay only the actual charges
paid towards cost of freight from New Delhi
to the destined place for the items purchased.
The charges would depend on volumetric weight
of individual items in packaged form. The
charges would be computed only after the
order has been placed based on the items
selected.
Freight to pay
basis
Our customers also have the options to pay
separately for the freight charges on their
own. We would ship the goods as per the
suggested mode of delivery on "freight to
pay" basis and the charges can be paid directly
by the customer to the courier / shipping
company.
Time to delivery
The goods will be shipped within 45 days
of receiving the orders. Bulk orders may
take some more time depending on the volumes
involved. The shipment time would vary depending
on the mode of delivery. It takes 3 to 6
days maximum from the date of shipment to
deliver anywhere in the world .
Customs clearance
We handle the customs clearance in India.
The customs clearance in the country of
delivery is usually taken care of by the
courier. However, in case of any other mode
of shipment, the customer would need to
take care of the customs clearance on his
own in the country of import. However, we
shall send, any documents required from
our side for this purpose, at the earliest.
Custom duties
All prices shown are exclusive of customs
charges. Rate of customs duties vary from
country to country and such charges, if
and when applicable, are to be borne by
the customers directly. However, it is our
experience that small value personal shipments
rarely attract customs duties. In our experience,
the customers whose shipments had their
residential addresses have not paid any
customs duty as yet.
